At Carbide King, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused
- Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned due to their specialised nature. Please double-check specifications before ordering.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at sales@carbideking.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and provide instructions
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us at your expense
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
